The Science Museum, London. Check out their online exhibitions and keep up to date with what's coming up in the holidays:
Sony Wonder Technology Lab, New York, USA. A whole building full of wonderful new technology! But chances are that you won't be visiting New York much, so take a look at their site, where they give you a tour of the lab and have regular competitions:
RoboCup-2005. RoboCup is an international joint project to promote AI, robotics and related fields, using football as a central topic of research, which is rather cool. They are hoping to develop a team of fully autonomous humanoid robots that can beat the human World Cup champions. Excellent!

Young Engineers
